I felt like a true Sicilian noble in this historic manor surrounded by vineyards and olive groves. The lush garden, children's playground, and BBQ area made me feel like I was on my own private estate.

I mean, who needs a babysitting service when you can just let the kids roam freely in a working farm? So unnecessary, really.

The location of the hotel is perfect for nature lovers, with a lovely garden full of bio veggies and animals. Guests can enjoy sitting outside on the terrace, with a nice view and the sound of crickets in the evening. The breakfast is delicious, with homemade marmalade, honey, and yogurt.

The kitchen equipment and breakfast at the hotel are rather basic. There have been instances of moldy fruit, indicating a need for improvement in food quality.

The rooms at Azienda Agrituristica Tenuta Pizzolungo were cozy and comfy, making me feel right at home. I loved the private bathroom with a bidet, and the seating area was an added bonus for relaxing. The flat-screen TV and bath robes were a nice touch, giving it a luxurious feel. As a laid-back backpacker, it was an ideal place for me to unwind after a long day of exploring.

Personally, I wasn't a fan of the hair dryer provided in the room. But hey, that's just me!

Marco's hospitality is exceptional and he deserves a medal for his excellent service. The location is perfect, close to the city but still surrounded by peaceful nature. The ample parking spaces are a plus. The rooms are clean and the possibility of a free late checkout is a great perk. The farm produces amazing olive oil, jams, and honey that you can take home. I can't wait to come back!
